The Delete Category page is used to delete a custom transaction category. Standard categories cannot be deleted.

You can access the Delete Category page by clicking the Delete link associated with a category on the Manage Categories page.

1. Click the Accounts tab.

   Result: The Accounts menu is displayed

2. Click Manage Categories.

   Result: The Manage Categories page is displayed.

3. Click the Delete link for the category you want to delete.

   Result: The Delete Category page is displayed.

4. Click Delete this Category.
5. If transactions are currently assigned to the category, select the category to which you want them to be reassigned and click Continue.

   Result: The custom category is deleted.
