The Delete External Transfer page is used to delete a scheduled transfer of funds between an account you have with our financial institution and an account with another financial institution.

You can access the Delete External Transfer page by clicking Scheduled External Transfers on the Transfer Funds menu and then clicking Delete next to the transfer you want to delete.

1. Click the Transfer Funds tab.

   Result: The Transfer Funds menu is displayed.

2. Click the Scheduled External Transfers menu item.

   Result: The Scheduled External Transfers page is displayed.

3. Click Delete next to the transfer you want to delete.

   Note: When we are processing account updates or scheduled payments, the Delete option is not available.

   Result: The Delete External Transfer page is displayed.

4. Click Delete This Transfer.

   Result: The transfer is deleted and the Delete External Transfer Confirmation page is displayed.

5. Note the Confirmation ID for your records.
