How do I get started using Classic Bank's Mobile Banking?
You will need to have signed up for internet banking on our website before utilizing our mobile banking services. After you register for internet banking you will then register for mobile banking on your mobile device. You can download the app from the iTunes® or Google Play™ Stores. You can also access the mobile web application here. This mobile site will be redirected to a secure site address. SMS text banking is also available by selecting the service within the Customer Service tab within your Classic Bank Internet Banking account. You will utilize your Classic Bank Internet Banking User ID and Password to access your Mobile Banking account.
How often do you need to change your password for Mobile Banking?
Your password will expire every 90 days. When your password is expired the Mobile Banking app will not allow you to login. You will need to go to our website and complete the password changing process. After your password has been changed through the website you will then be able to login to your Mobile Banking.
