The View Messages page lists all messages we have sent you. You can either view a message or delete one from this page.

You can access the View Messages page by clicking the View Messages link on the Customer Service Index page.

1. Click the Customer Service tab.

   Result: The Customer Service Index page is displayed.

2. Click the View Messages link.

   Result: The View Messages page is displayed.

3. To read a message, click the subject line.

   Result: The View Messages page is displayed.

4. To delete messages, click the checkbox next to the messages you want to delete and click Delete Messages. Then click OK to confirm that you want to delete the message.

   Result: The View Messages page is redisplayed.
